I agree with ric's sight.
In korea, many people are like 'Okay, I don't have any homophobia. But I want to be concerned with them.'... They think that queer is alien or uncommon people.
Actually, queers are still ridiculous issue in korea. Recently one transgender was raped three times, but the fucking police insulted and did sexual harassment her.
A few years ago, I had opportunity to join one queer community. And I had experience to date with lesbian and bisexual. I made friends with most of them... They never was aliens, they was nice and common people...

Great that there will be a public reaction - I hope you get media coverage to increase awareness of what has happened. In UK violence /attacks on gay/queer/non-mainstream people is under reported in the media - unless, of course they can weave an 'entertainment' thread through the story. Foul though this is, maybe people will wake up to the far right's agenda.
