CHURCHBELLS RINGING IN MY HEAD
It is Sunday afternoon… at some point I started to ignore these loud church bells…(I was like hey Quasimodo, take it down a little…please….) my TV set went out the window a few years ago. you know that feeling when you are all by yourself after you got “home” from a long night? that’s when you can focus most…that’s when ideas just come to you…yes they beg you to love them back and give them life…
This is the moment when you can either make a record, write poetry OR you can watch The Quiet Earth masterpiece!
have a good weekend……

you mean which movies do I like?
Blade Runner is mindblowing…since I first saw it. Who doesn’t like this movie? I mean….a theory is that without Blade Runner there wouldn’t be any techno or anything related. It is one of these rare films, where music made the difference between a shitty sci-fi and a great experience.
what is very interesting is Alien, even though I also love the film I have difficulties remembering the music in it (and it is also great), but it just works on a different level.

Sure, you got me.
I’ve watched over 5 editions of Ridley’s movie. There is “Dangerous days” (making of Blade runner) video. It worth the time.
Naaaaam, Jerry Goldsmith probably is the scorewtiter of Alien, as far as i recollect.
Haven’t you seen “Return of the living dead” by Dan O’Bannon ?! To be honest he is the creator of Alien’s doll & screenwriter of da movie.
“Return of the living dead” also contains some amusing score by V/A
Any other grotesque Movies to inspire ?
